We're working on a challenging and incredibly exciting mission: to bring cultured meat to market. A crucial part of building a great team is to create and maintain processes, systems and structure, for now, and our future growth in the people operations area.

We are currently looking for an Interim (Jr.) People Officer to join our People team for a period of 7 months starting March/April 2025. The ideal candidate would have a curiosity to explore the wider range of activities in the People team. This would be a great opportunity for someone who would like to learn several different aspects of the job and extent their experience in a fast-paced environment. As our new temporary team member, we would like to have someone who is organized and precise, but also enjoy having fun while getting the job done!

What is the purpose of your role?

As our Interim (Jr.) People Officer you will help with a variety of projects and support the people team in performing our tasks as a total team. You will also support in making sure we are well organised in terms of processes, systems and structure.


What will be your responsibilities?

You’ll support the Human centered operational side of the business, completing and maintaining parts of the people's master data in our HR Management Systems, incl the maintenance of personnel files.

You’ll be, in line with the rest of our People team, a point of contact for our people concerning all kind of questions asked towards People team.

You will learn about many different facets of Human Resources Management.

You will be involved in parts of the on and off boarding of team members.

You will support in recruitment when necessary, in order to ensure Mosa Meat hires the most motivated talent.

Closely together with your colleagues from the People team, you will be supporting projects to improve the overall people experience at Mosa Meat.

In specific you will support the implementation of the HRM system together with the support of the Senior People Officer and the Head of People to make sure we are ready for our upcoming growth.

What are we looking for?


Our ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience, preferably in a service oriented environment/field. However we invite anyone who has more experience and would like to make the supporting contribution we are looking for in our team and who matches the following criteria.

Completed at least a secondary vocational education, (preferably) a BSc degree. (People focused business would be a plus).

An organised, precise and detailed oriented people’s person.

A hard-working and dedicated team-player who is willing to support several different activities of the People team.

A fast learner who is adaptive/flexible, willing to learn many different new things and seek to deepen their experience in HRM.

Willing to contribute to continue making a difference.

Good verbal and written communication skills (minimum B2 level English).

Available for 7 months as of March/April.
