Regulatory Affairs Associate

We're working on a challenging and incredibly exciting mission: to bring cultured meat to market. Up to standard regulatory dossiers are essential to this mission.


We are currently looking for a Regulatory Affairs Associate to join our Regulatory Affairs team. The ideal candidate has attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and a sound understanding of document management.

What is the purpose of your role?

Support the preparation of the array of regulatory documents needed for a variety of products in multiple geographies.


What are your key responsibilities?

You collect and maintain documents, reports and spreadsheets for regulatory dossier applications.


You create relevant documentation in line with company and novel food guidelines. 


You maintain contacts with the internal production, procurement and QA teams in obtaining data and documentation required for the regulatory approval process.



What else will you do?

You create and maintain templates to fulfill regulatory requirements in multiple geographies.

You coordinate change control activities for controlled documents that would impact regulatory submissions.

You proof-read regulatory dossiers for accuracy and consistency.

You support the Regulatory Affairs team with submissions to regulatory authorities.


What are we looking for?

You work / think / act at Master level.


Preferred studies would be science studies such as biology, chemistry or biochemistry. Nutrition or toxicology education or training a plus.

You pay attention to details, notice small mistakes, and are able to deliver high quality, accurate work.


You bring a positive can-do attitude and a focus on continuous improvement.


Experience (at least 1-2 years) in regulatory role(s) in food or pharma is a plus.
